We set up an HTML Template
We create an HTML template, to hold news stories, images, and links to your website.
We test the template on Outlook, Gmail, and a host of other popular email programmes.

Create a Newsletter
Using a simple Editor (it really is remarkably easy), you create this month's newsletter by adding text, images and links to the template.
We can do this for you, but the editor is simple enough for you to use yourself.
You can send test emails to yourself & others.

Choose Recipients for the Newsletter
Subscribers are automatically added to your database through a subscription form on your website. You can also upload an existing database of subscribers, and manually add new contacts that you make.
Once you have created this month’s newsletter, you’ll choose which subscribers to send it to.

Pay for Sending
You pay a base delivery fee for bulk email sending, and then a nominal ammount per email sent. This comes to around R185 to send a newsletter to 1000 recipients.

Send it!
Once you've sent the newsletter, you'll be able to view reports on how many people have opened your newsletter, how many clicked on the links and any incorrect email addresses.
