Upload and Manage Files

There are some images and documents that you may use in several places on your website. You don't want to have to upload a new version of the file every time you want to place it in content. In the Resources Module, you upload the files you need - images (1), documents (2) and media files (3) - and keep them organised in folders so that you can access them from the Content Module quickly and easily.

The Resources Module can also resize images for you, making image upload and management super-simple.

Access Your Images and Documents

When you're adding content, you can use the Link Selector and Image Selector to quickly and easily link to pdf files or add images. It's just like browsing for the file on your own PC, because everything is organised into folders to help you find what you need. Except that you can do it from anywhere - once the image or document is uploaded, you can always access it in CMS.

With the Resources manager, you avoid using up your disk space with mulitple uploads of the same file, and you can easily find the file you want to add to a page. Just another way the Black Square CMS gives you more control over your website.
